The Proprietor Celia Fairman would like to welcome you to Leswinton Bed & Breakfast in the beautiful and historic town of Rye in East Sussex.

We are situated down a quiet unmade road an easy ten minute walk to the town centre of Rye and the railway station on the line between Brighton and Ashford International.
Leswinton B & B offers visitors two loft conversion rooms, one twin and one double, both with en-suite and sloping ceilings on the first floor.

Each day a hearty or light breakfast (as required) is offered to set you up for the day. Maybe a ramble around the beautiful town of Rye with its cobbled streets, shops and historic buildings or for your onward journey.
